RN Delegating
We provide RN delegating and risk management services to clients in their homes and assisted living facilities. Our comprehensive, innovative approach will facilitate compliance with all regulatory bodies. We are proud to provide high quality customer service, and are committed to the health and wellness of all our clients.
RN Case Management
We develop, implement, and evaluate personalized patient-care-plans. We advocate for our clients. We act as social workers, as well as liaisons between the clients, their families, healthcare providers and the facilities. Our comprehensive care plans are produced using Evidence Base Practice as well as the clients' values and preferences.
Education
Continuing education is essential for healthcare workers to stay current with their skills, technology and new equipment that are required for their field. We provide continuing education and certification for CNAs AND MED-techs. All training provided are in accordance with the State of Maryland.
